Because the blocks are precise and customizable and the exterior walls are 14" or more you can eliminate the wall insulation AND the need for skilled mason labor. Build immediately as the blocks come out of the machine READY to stack. No drying time, no storage, no transportation between production facility and the development site. No mortar! Precise size blocks allow immediate stacking without mortar!

Most of our Compressed Earth Block Machines are automatic one button operation. We do offer one manual machine that will require operator to manually operate the machine. This machine offers a low cost opportunity for someone to do own construction. All automatic machines use three 4” pistons bringing up to 3200 psi to the earth block. All automation circuits are electro magnetic and NOT electronic. These simple, widely available components are less likely to break due to normal operation and associated vibration. Regardless of where you will use these machines you will find it easy to find any parts you may need.
